Job Description
We are looking for a Finance & Administration Intern to support our daily finance and administrative activities. This internship offers hands-on experience in financial documentation, administrative processes, and business operations within a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in daily finance and administration operations.
Support financial data entry and documentation.
Organize and maintain invoices, receipts, payment records, and other administrative documents.
Assist in expense tracking and simple reporting.
Support office administration and operational activities.
Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Final-year student or fresh graduate in Accounting, Finance, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Strong interest in Finance and Administration.
Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.
Basic understanding of finance and administrative processes.
Familiar with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Willing to learn and develop new skills.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Available for a 3–6 month internship period.
Willing to work on-site in Jakarta.
