Job description for Finance & Accounting Admin at Nappa Milano
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in Finance/Accounting, preferably in retail or e-commerce industry
- Basic understanding of accounting (journal entries, reconciliations, simple financial reports)
- Understanding of inventory flow (stock in/out, stock opname, and stock adjustment)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and accounting software
- Familiarity with e-commerce transactions is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Able to work systematically, accurately, and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills and able to work in a team
- Honest, responsible, and high integrity
Nice to Have :
- Basic knowledge of audit and document checking
- Experience in marketplace reconciliation (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, etc.)
- Familiar with multi-channel business (offline & online)
