Job description for Finance Administration Staff at PT. Gaweku Human Technology
- Crosscheck cash flow, GL Accounting, and balance sheet
- Reconcile all bank statement (update daily balance of bank account)
- Create, print, and send sales invoices and tax invoices
- Prepare required document of daily banking transaction
- Collect the proof of payment from customer
- Manage Petty Cash dan create daily & monthly report
- Collect the proof of payment from customer
- Monitoring, follow up and scheduling payment
- Prepare cash advance and reimbursement
- Manage account receivable (AR) and sales record
- Assist in the daily monitoring of incoming fund
- File and scan documents, support operational needs related to finance
- Arranges business trips for directors and employees
- Manage office procurement needs, inventory control of office stationery and supplies
- Support for office maintenance and renovation process
- Manage and oversee the company car operations
- Support for other stuffs such as expat permit, car, housing, and other facility
- Work experience as Finance for minimum 1 year
- Able and understand to operate internet banking and manual transaction in bank
- Knowledge in XERO, MYOB, Accurate, or Zahir is a plus
- Thorough knowledge of Accounting & Finance Regulation
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel skill (VLOOKUP, Pivot, etc)
- Familiar with budget & cash flow preparation
- Have a good analytical thinking, problem solving, communication, interpersonal skill, and high motivation
- Able to work cooperate with expatriates in under pressure and tight deadline
- Preferable have an experience in auditing Finance, Accounting, and Tax in the company
- Strong communication skill and detail high accuracy in number or data
