Looking for Experienced Finance Accounting Tax (FAT)
Qualifications & Experiences
- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Tax or related field
- Maximum age 35 years old
- Proven working experience as Finance, Accounting & Tax minimum 3 years
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English is a MUST
- Able to speaking in Mandarin is a plus
- Proficient in office software and any related software for finance/ accounting/ tax
- Proficient in administration
Responsibilities:
- Create a journal and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, tax invoices and payments.
- Manage regular reconciliation of bank statements, and other financial accounts.
- Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns for the organization.
- Assist with tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, providing insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
- Analyze costs and expenses to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring the organization’s compliance.
- Prepare and present financial reports to management, highlighting key financial metrics and insights.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
- Identify and recommend improvements to accounting processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Handled several application and technology to assist financial operations and reporting (Ms. Excel, E-faktur, DJP online, etc).
- Handled tax issues that occur with employees, customers or vendors.
- Calculate for profit-loss, bonus for project.
