Job description for FINANCE ACCOUNTING TAX SENIOR STAFF at Pt Aiskor Teknologi Indonesia
We are a private company that having business in Financial Technology, searching for a candidate, position as senior staff Finance, Accounting and Tax, with conditions and descriptions as follows :
Requirements
· Maximum age of 35 years
· Minimum education S1 majoring in Finance / Accounting / Taxation minimum GPA 3.00
· Minimum 2 years experience in Finance, Accounting and Taxation
· Understand how to manage the cycle of Accounting, Tax and Finance, Office Administration and File Management (Documents)
· Familiar and expert in tax reconciliation
· Having Brevet A & B certificate
· Familiar with ESPT, E-Invoice, and E-Pph (Local & Import) programs and Accounting software
· Understand about Income Tax, VAT, Tax Invoice, Accounting Software, Tax, Invoice
· Having experience handle AR / AP, Bank Reconciliation, Tax, etc
· Familiar and mastering in Tax such as PPh21, PPh 23, PPh 26, etc.
· Neat in the administration process
· Mastering in Ms. Office (Word & Excel)
· Understand and expert in Finance, Accounting and Taxation
· Thorough, diligent, honest and can work together as a team
· Able to work under pressure and able to join as soon as possible
· Placement at the Head Office Jakarta
Job Descriptions:
· Prepare tax payments
· Complete quarterly and annual tax reports
· Prepare necessary paperwork for tax
· Identify tax savings and suggest ways to increase profits
· Follow industry trends and track changes related to taxes
· Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
· Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
· Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
· Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
· Make Monthly Balance Sheet,Income statement, general ledger and other financial report
· Prepare all tax report document to the related party
· Deliver the Report on Time
