Job description for Finance, Accounting & Tax at Kho Alliance

Job Description

  • Manage daily accounting, finance, and taxation activities for the group of companies
  • Prepare financial statements, budgeting, and cash flow reports
  • Ensure accurate bookkeeping and timely financial reporting
  • Handle tax calculations, tax reporting, and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors, tax consultants, and related parties
  • Support management in financial analysis and strategic planning
  • Ensure all financial and tax documents are properly maintained and organized

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field
  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, and Tax
  • Experienced in handling financial reporting and corporate taxation
  • Familiar with Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
  • Willing to work full-time on-site (not remote)
  • Able to work within a group of companies and manage multi-entity operations

Professional Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent understanding of accounting principles and tax compliance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experienced in using accounting software such as Accurate, SAP, Oracle, Jurnal.id, MYOB, or similar accounting systems
  • Familiar with tax applications and e-filing systems such as Coretax, DJP Online, e-Faktur, and e-Bupot
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Professional integrity, responsibility, and confidentiality in handling financial data
