Job description for Finance, Accounting and Tax Supervisor at PT Sanneng Asia Industry
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
2. Minimum 5 years experience in accounting/finance roles
3. Experience as Finance Manager / Controller / Senior Accountant, preferably in Manufacturing
4. Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Mandarin is highly advantageous
5. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
6. Solid knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (possession of Brevet A/B/C certification is preferred)
7. Proficient in accounting software and Advance Microsoft Excel.
8. Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
9. Strong communication and leadership skills.
10. Willing to work full WFO in Karang Anyar, Central Java or new place .
Key Responsibilities
- Cash Flow Management
Prepare monthly or Annualy cash flow forecasts
Monitor receivables, payables
Improve billing schedules and payment terms
Maintaining and flag risk early
- Budgeting & Forecasting
Lead annual budgets and rolling forecasts
Support financial modeling and scenario planning
Provide data-driven insights for management decisions
- Accounting Controls
Supervise bookkeeping and all transaction record
Review monthly P&L and balance sheet
Ensure accuracy and compliance with PSAK
Prepare Reporting for Management
Coordinate to annualy audits
- Tax & Compliance
Maintaining PPN, PPh, withholding taxes, etc
Ensure timely and accurate submissions
Prepare documentation for audits or Tax goverment (Restitution)
- Reporting & Management Support
Prepare monthly management reports
Provide actionable recommendations to leadership
