Job description for FINANCE, ACCOUNTING & ADMIN ASSISTANT at Pt. Daya Kemindo Perkasa
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Minimum GPA 3.00
- Required Skill(s): Finance, Accounting, Accurate
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- 30 years old Maximum.
- Proven knowledge in Budgeting, Finance, Accounting, Taxation matters, Financial Audit, and business administration
- Possessed Tax Brevet A & B certificate, Tax Brevet C is preferable
- Possessed Accurate certificate is preferable
- Sophisticated digital literacy on MS Office and accounting software (Accurate) and databases
- Have a good understanding about processes of AR, AP, petty cash, budgeting, costing, and taxation report
- Proficient in Finance & Accounting Reports (such as Reconciliation, Balance Sheet, journal, Financial Statement) and in-depth financial analysis
- Have a good skill in organizing administrative jobs.
- Problem-solving skills, ex: strategic thinking, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and mindset to identify risks and opportunities in the business.
- Have a good skill in PLOC (Planning, Leading, Organizing, Controlling).

- Manage, ensuring, and analyze revenues, liabilities, credit conditions, and other financial indicators to forecast it's short, medium, and long-term cash flow position;
- Direct, coordinate, and monitor all accounting activities, ensure all revenues and expenditures are appropriately recorded and posted along with appropriate supported transaction documents (i.e. receipts, company’s appropriate form, etc.), in a timely manner, in order to minimize errors and to support financial reporting activity.
- Establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting financial information.
- Determine accounting errors or discrepancies and suggest necessary corrective action.
- Follow up monthly and end year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledgers, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activities, etc.
- Implement and improve the Accounting system, procedures and control and ensure that all financial transactions, systems and procedures comply with company regulations and accounting principles
- Manage, directs, and reviews the work of the Accounting and Finance Operations team members
- Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost center accounting reports; weekly and seasonal management report and ensure timely financial and management reports.
- Prepares monthly bank reconciliations, verifies accuracy of bank statements, resolve any outstanding issues, and annual financial reports
- Identify, investigate, and analyze potential operational improvement. As appropriate, based on findings make proposal for operational changes (policy, procedures, processes, etc.)
- Mastering the making of VAT, income tax and anual tax return along with their reporting, and corporate tax planning
- Checking, reporting, and recording into the system for all transactions related to the Company's finances
- Record, monitor, be responsible, compile, and make daily, weekly, monthly & annual financial reports (profit and loss balance & cash flow)
- Develop each department's budget and financial plan for the company based on research and data reports.
- Prepare funds for payment of supplier bills, employee salaries, employee incentives, employee overtime, PDAM, PLN, Taxes, BPJS, and do the recording.
- Complete the tasks assigned by the Superior, etc.
