Job description for Field Sales at GuideOversea

**Key Responsibilities**

• Spearhead channel expansion efforts for jewelry retail stores across Jakarta and its surrounding cities, identifying and vetting high-quality store resources that align closely with the company's product positioning.

• Fulfill lead delivery quotas as a Sales Development Representative (SDR): precisely identify target jewelry stores, verify and input valid contact information for store managers or owners, and maintain the official lead registration log.

• Track the conversion progress of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), and assist China-based Account Executives (AEs) with business negotiations, sample coordination, pricing discussions, contract signing, and payment collection.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with partner stores, drive product replenishment and re-order business, and ensure the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.

• Provide regular reports on market dynamics, specific store requirements, and competitor activities; additionally, offer feedback and recommendations regarding local jewelry trends and the consumption preferences of the Muslim demographic.

**Job Requirements**

• Age 25–38; Indonesian national; fluent in Indonesian for business communication; basic English proficiency is preferred, and knowledge of Chinese is a plus.

• 1–5 years or more of local B2B channel sales experience in Indonesia; experience within the jewelry, accessories, or luxury goods sectors is preferred.

• Familiarity with Jakarta’s jewelry business districts and retail store landscapes; capable of conducting store visits, engaging in business negotiations, and maintaining client relationships.

• Strong execution capabilities and high stress tolerance; able to independently plan field visit routes and autonomously drive lead generation and client conversion.

• Respectful of local Islamic culture and familiar with local business etiquette; possesses a clean professional record and demonstrates strong job stability.

• Candidates who bring existing connections or resources within Jakarta’s jewelry retail sector will be given priority; salary is negotiable.
