Job description for Field Sales Representative (Domisili Bali) at Treelogy Regenerative Moringa
Experience
• 3–5+ years in field sales / distribution, ideally with a premium or specialty consumer brand (specialty coffee, wellness, gourmet, F&B, lifestyle, hospitality supply) rather than mass-market FMCG
• Proven track record of opening new retail/café/boutique accounts and growing them — not just order-taking
• Experience negotiating commercial terms (consignment, wholesale, margins, commission)
• Has genuinely run a territory end-to-end (prospect → close → service → fulfill), common in distributor/agen or small-brand backgrounds
Skills & competencies
• Strong relationship-building and face-to-face selling; comfortable cold-walking into a venue and pitching
• Negotiation skills and commercial sense (understands margin, sell-through, account economics)
• Self-management and autonomy, plans own routes, manages own pipeline, works without daily supervision
• Merchandising eye, can build and maintain a display to premium standards
• Organized and admin-disciplined, accurate order entry, stock reconciliation, payment follow-up, reporting
• Comfortable with basic digital tools (Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, simple CRM/order systems)
Personal attributes
• Aligned with premium brand sensibility, presents well, understands what “premium” looks and feels like
• Reliable and accountable, especially on consignment stock and payment tracking
• Resilient and proactive (prospecting involves rejection)
• Genuinely mobile and willing to travel (Bali base + Jakarta trips)
Practical requirements
• Based in Bali (or willing to relocate), willing to travel to Jakarta regularly
• Own vehicle (motorbike/car) and valid SIM/driving license — essential for store visits
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia; functional English a strong plus given Treelogy’s premium/expat-facing positioning
• Existing network of relevant retail/café/buyer contacts is a major advantage
Education
• Formal degree secondary to track record; D3/S1 in business/marketing is a plus but proven field-sales results matter more
