This is what you will do :
● Handle a portfolio of restaurants to -
○ Touch base with them within stipulated TAT and prime them for a meeting with our Sales team
○ Share reports, ensure consumption of services provided, handle issues and improve business metrics
● Build data-driven insights to feed Sales orientation of cross-functional teams
● Develop knowledge of all aspects Easy Eat AI’s solutions and F&B industry in general
● Work with Sales and Lead-generation teams to keep lead-pipeline updated and optimally populated and ensure timely lead handover
● Identify prospects, pitch EasyEat AI’s solutions briefly over call and fix appointments with qualified leads
● Create a loop of continuous feedback with senior management to keep them abreast about market trends, consumption (or not) of available features, demands from customers and the like
● Possess a sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the firm’s success
● Worked successfully for 0-2 years in F&B/ Media/ Advertising/ E-commerce industries in an Inside Sales role
● Strong rapport-builder, target-oriented, resilient team player with willingness to learn and hunger for success
● Excellent customer-facing skills using written or verbal communication
● Experience of handling HubSpot CRM and data will be a definite advantage
● Knowledge of POS systems, Loyalty Programs, Payment Gateways and Restaurant operations are preferred but not required
● BA/BS degree from a reputed institute is preferred
● Excellent command over English and Mandarin as well as Bahasa Indonesia
