Job description for FAT (Finance Accounting and Tax) - Widya Institute at PT Widya Inovasi Indonesia
What You'll Do:
- Prepare budget planning (RAB), long-term and short term finance strategy
- Act as a financial business partner, connecting with each department for project planning and coordination
- Oversee operations of the Finance team, evaluate, and implement effective internal control and processes
- Manage the day-to-day financial operations within the company and support Finance team members to ensure financial records are maintained in an effective, up-to-date, and accurate manner
- Track the company's financial performance, prepare financial reports, monitoring/review cash flow management and other finance-related matters
- Identify and reporting all accounting system issues related to the Standard Operating System (SOP), and recommend and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with all government rules and regulations
- Being the key point of contact for external parties
Qualification:
- Age max. 30 years old
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Tax and or Professional Accounting qualification
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Finance/Accounting leader or manager
- Computer literate (i.e. MS Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and fair understanding of accounting software
- Familiar with Indonesian Tax law, project planning, coordination, and risk management, accounting results reporting and controlling
- Certifications related Finance-Accounting (Brevet AB) is a plus
- Ability to engage and build good relationships with management, managers, and staff effectively
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize importance and urgency properly
- Analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Willing to relocate to Sleman, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta
