Kualifikasi:

Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 semua jurusan
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang Ekspor Impor
Menguasai dokumen Ekspor Impor
Memahami alur proses Ekspor Impor
Memahami dokumen dan proses PEB & PIB
Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office dengan baik
Memiliki kemampuan Bahasa Inggris aktif, lisan maupun tulisan
Teliti, komunikatif, dan mampu bekerja dengan target waktu

Gambaran Pekerjaan:

Mengerjakan dokumen Ekspor Impor secara end-to-end
Mengoperasikan PEB dan PIB menggunakan sistem CEISA
Mengoperasikan sistem AX (internal system company)
Mengurus dokumen perizinan impor
Membuat laporan bulanan dan tahunan terkait shipment Ekspor Impor
Melakukan komunikasi dan koordinasi dengan customer dan supplier
