The Executive Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging potential candidates for various positions within the company. Key responsibilities include conducting interviews, utilizing social media and campus recruitment strategies, maintaining candidate databases, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. The role also involves using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Docs, and Google Sheets to manage and track recruitment activities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to build relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline and have between 1 and 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field. Proficiency in Sales Recruitment, Interviewing Skills, Campus Recruitment, Social Recruitment, Technical Job Recruitment, and Recruitment is required. Familiarity with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and LinkedIn Recruiter will be an advantage.
