Job description for Event Planner at Integrated Marketing Solutions
Duties and Responsibilities
- Proposal development in full (including flow, performance & execution plan of the event & activation)
- Presentation to client
- Participation of brainstorming session for concept, strategy development
- Research & analysis if required
- Other duties as assigned by Head of Department
Job requirements
- 2-year experience in the role of event planner (or Account service) for an event agency/ an event department
- Good proposal writing skills
- Ability to write performance scripts. Knowledge and interest in performing techniques is an advantage
- Excellent speaking and writing skills in both English and Vietnamese
- Good presentation skills
- Able to handle pressure, deadlines & people collaborations
