Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Responsibilities:
Create Quotations and Budgets: You will be responsible for preparing event quotations, budgets, and cost estimates, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Negotiate with Vendors and Clients: You should be able to negotiate event packages, pricing, and other terms with clients and suppliers to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to coordinate all event logistics and ensure successful event execution.
Flexible Working Hours: Be willing to adjust your work schedule as needed, especially around event dates and preparation timelines.
Travel for Events: You may need to travel to different cities or locations for event setup, management, and coordination.
Discipline and Diligence: Maintain focus, attention to detail, and a high standard of professionalism in organizing events and handling clients.
Initiative and Problem-Solving: Show initiative in finding creative solutions to challenges that may arise before or during events.
Microsoft Office Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required for creating reports, presentations, and managing event-related documents.
Requirements:
