Job description for Endpoint Computing Support at Broadridge (Singapore) Private Limited
- Responsible for basic network troubleshooting, connectivity into the LAN Access points.
- Responsible for installing and configuring all PC related software for the business via SCCM deployment tool or manually if needed.
- Provides Level 1,2 and some Level 3 technical support to internal users within the Broadridge business
- Creates, tracks and closes tickets in problem management remedy application in a timely manner through to completion
- Provides installation, maintenance, and tuning of Windows hardware and software systems, including IT related on-boarding process for new associates.
- Sophisticated knowledge of PC desktop configurations, with an emphasis on Win64 Bit platforms. Experienced with imaging and configuration of hardware as well as desktop management software.
- Mobility experience with IOS platform and Android. Know basic troubleshooting steps with Android and IPhones. Adding new users and managing account access from a mobility perspective
- Telecom VOIP phone configuration and support for all desk phones inside the organization using CISCO call Manager
- Support of an Active Directory domain environment
- Performs imaging of desktop hardware using SCCM Deployment process or equivalent imaging software
- Interfacing and supporting business units in Singapore and Australia rollout of new tools and processes to leverage the Broadridge data center offerings.
- Administration of the Magic Database Including Purchasing and Asset Management
- Managing and allocation of Remedy/ITSM tickets for Singapore and Australia and other sites where needed.
- Updating and creating documentation for procedures and processes.
- Assisting with Onsite backups
- Engaging with 3rd party vendors to ensure we are getting value for our internal stakeholders.
- Administration of the local SharePoint portal.
- Maintain current expertise and competency of relevant technology products, best practices and methods of support delivery
- Set up, tests, and manage video conference meeting calls between office locations as well as outside parties.
- Managing and maintaining the Security Access Control Systems set up in the Singapore office.
