Job description for Employer Branding Executive at GS25
- Develop employee values proposition (EVP) through understanding corporate culture, employee experiences and targeted talents behaviors.
- Develop contents and graphics to promote core EVP via Career page, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok or other potential social medias to attract, engage and hire potential talents.
- Propose and deliver plan for special talent pipeline campaigns including Internship, Management Trainee…
- Set up and manage all talents pools for recruiting demand including social media, third parties (universities, recruiting agencies), recruiting events (career/job fair, workshop) …
- Execute creative action plans and activities to enhance employee engagement. “The same goal for all”.
- Continuously review and improve through feedback and new way of working/technology/innovative solutions.
- Announce all programs and events related to the HR Team via an internal channel and ensure to deliver full messages and values to every employee
- Define gap of employee growth and business demand to design appropriate L&D journey.
- Design and manage the L&D program and continuously improve L&D experiences.
- At least 1 year of experience in Employer Branding, Marketing or Content
- Ability to develop creative content for Gen Z.
- Ability to use Photoshop, AI, Premiere, …
- Knowledge in Marketing Online, Digital Marketing is a plus.
- Can-do attitude, result-oriented, eager learning and quick adaptation.
- Good sense of caring people and company culture.
