Reporting to the Experience Design Manager
Job Description
- Collaborate with the Experience Design Manager, Senior Employee Experience Lead and other relevant FlexOS team members to create a monthly engagement plan for all our customers
- Within that, you deliver regular employee engagement communications that can range from announcing an upcoming (hybrid event) to posts meant to engage with directly like challenges and conversation prompts (KPI: engagement)
- You support the Senior Employee Experience Lead in communicating upcoming events and driving registrations and reminding potential attendees to join (KPI: registrations and attendance)
- You work with customers, the Employee Experience Consultant, and Customer Success Manager(s) to hear their feedback on previous content and events, to get their inputs on what may work better in the future, and generally are their support in terms of driving internal employee engagement in their companies
- You continuously educate yourself through doing the work, studying other companies, and having conversations with peers in the industry, and ensure you are a leading thinker and doer within this role that enables you to advise others on what to do
- You work with the Marketing Manager to share great examples of the value we deliver for our customers and ensure it gets amplified in social and online media

- Fluent in both the big picture and the day-to-day details
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Good communication in both English and V!ietnamese
