As an eLearning Developer, you will need to analyze, recommend, develop, and support innovative instructional solutions to meet educational needs by using the knowledge of anagogical/ pedagogical learning theory.
Job Description:
- Design, implement and evaluate digital content
- Design and develop eLearning content using various technologies such as Lectora, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite.
- Modify and enhance existing course design through the use of current and emerging technologies, applying knowledge of educational theory and best practices in pedagogy, while remaining consistent with clients’ concepts.
- Ability to work with audio and video production.
- Create high quality and engaging instructional elements which includes infographics, videos, photo editing, illustrations, and animations.
- Conduct training design analysis by working with subject-matter experts and reviewing existing information and procedures, interviewing stakeholders, and recommending instructional methods.
- Research and keep abreast to new educational technologies
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Graphic/Instructional Design or related field
- At least 3-5 years of hands-on production, editing, and graphic design experience
- In-depth knowledge and application of learning theories and instructional design models
- Proficiency with the following: Articulate Storyline, Lectora Inspire, Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Premier, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Snagit or similar screen capture, video creation/editing software
- Experience using Vyond, PowToon or similar animation and motion graphic software is an added advantage
- Innovative approach to online content development, with the ability to make activities and interactions come to life
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage time effectively while concurrently managing multiple projects
- Strong technical problem solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
