Job Description
- Host live streaming sessions on platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, or other social media platforms.
- Introduce and demonstrate products in an engaging, informative, and entertaining manner.
- Interact actively with viewers by answering questions, responding to comments, and encouraging audience participation.
- Drive sales and achieve live streaming performance targets through effective product presentation.
- Work closely with the marketing and operations team to plan live content, promotions, and campaigns.
- Prepare scripts, product information, and live session materials before each broadcast.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Maintain a professional, energetic, and positive on-camera image throughout each live session.
Job Requirements
- Malaysian citizen or legally eligible to work in Malaysia.
- Previous experience as a Live Streaming Host, Content Creator, Sales Promoter, or Customer Service is an advantage.
- Comfortable speaking confidently in front of the camera with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Energetic, outgoing, and able to engage audiences effectively.
- Sales-oriented with the ability to influence purchasing decisions.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays based on the live streaming schedule.
- Familiar with TikTok Live, Shopee Live, or other live commerce platforms.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt during live broadcasts.
