Lovingly Signed was born out of a desire to revolutionize the gifting market in Asia. Realizing that it was virtually impossible to get beautiful personalised baby gifts in Singapore, we decided to shake things up a bit and Lovingly Signed was born. Job Responsibilities:
●     Process e-commerce orders (machinery training will be provided)
●     Manage end-to-end fulfillment of online orders on daily basis, including packing, sending shipping updates, scheduling deliveries
●     Creating new product listings and updating existing product listings to ensure that all information is the latest and accurate
●     Take charge of quarterly stock forecasting and ensure that stock orders are placed in a timely manner
●     Update stock forecasting sheet to facilitate budget planning
●     Update inventory sheet and ensure that inventory count tallies with actual stock count
●     Manage product listings’ statuses on the main website and other platforms
●     Manage incoming stock from consignment partners and suppliers
Job Requirements:
●     Any experience with order fulfilment or e-commerce will be a bonus
●     Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task independently
●     Excellent organizational, planning and communication skills
