About the Role
As our Ecommerce Supervisor, you’ll take the lead in driving online growth across our website and marketplaces. You’ll plan and execute campaigns that elevate our brand presence, boost sales, and deliver exceptional digital experiences for our customers.
Responsibilities:
1. Design and execute monthly digital campaigns (paid ads, product launches, promotions, bundles, etc.) focused on sales conversion.
2. Manage and optimize ad performance across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads — including daily monitoring, A/B testing, and retargeting.
3. Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content briefs that align with campaign goals.
4. Build and maintain a comprehensive campaign calendar for websites, marketplaces, and social media channels.
5. Oversee key e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Shopee, Tokopedia, and others.
6. Work cross-functionally with marketing, design, content, sales, and customer service to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in any major (Marketing, Communication, or Business preferred).
2. At least 4 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
3. Strong understanding of digital sales funnels, performance marketing, and consumer insights.
4. Hands-on experience managing online campaigns and e-commerce platforms.
5. Excellent coordination and leadership skills — able to guide cross-functional teams effectively.
6. Analytical, proactive, and result-oriented mindset.
7. Adaptable to fast-paced changes in the digital landscape.
