About the Role
Glamazing is looking for an experienced E-Commerce Lead to drive the growth of our online business across Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, Lazada, and future marketplaces. You will lead the e-commerce team, develop growth strategies, optimize platform performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize revenue, profitability, and customer experience.
Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage the daily operations of all e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, Lazada, etc.).
2. Develop and execute sales growth strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
3. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (Traffic, CTR, ATC, CVR, AOV, ROAS, GMV, ROI) and implement data-driven improvements.
4. Plan and optimize campaign calendars including Payday, Double Date, Mega Campaigns, Flash Sale, Bundling, Voucher, and Pricing Strategy.
5. Lead and mentor the E-Commerce team, ensuring productivity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
6. Collaborate with Marketing, Live Commerce, Affiliate, Content Creator, Warehouse, and Finance teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
7. Conduct competitor analysis, market trends, pricing strategy, and category performance evaluation.
8. Forecast inventory requirements together with Warehouse and Supply Chain to prevent stock shortages or overstocks.
9. Build strong relationships with marketplace account managers and external partners.
10. Prepare weekly and monthly business performance reports with strategic recommendations for management.
11. Identify new growth opportunities, improve customer journey, and increase conversion rates.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in E-Commerce with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
3. Experienced in managing Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, and other marketplace platforms.
4. Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, campaign management, pricing strategy, and promotional mechanics.
5. Excellent analytical skills and experienced in using Excel/Google Sheets.
6. Data-driven with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
7. Experienced in leading teams and cross-functional collaboration.
8. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
9. Experience in the beauty, skincare, or FMCG industry is highly preferred.
