Job description for E-Commerce Assistant at Mansa Computers
- Product Listings Management: Create, update, and optimize product listings across e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, Shopify etc.), ensuring accurate product descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory status.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor the performance of e-commerce platforms, track sales data, and provide regular reports on sales trends, product performance, and customer feedback.
- Platform Maintenance: Identify and resolve any technical issues related to the e-commerce site or online transactions to ensure an uninterrupted shopping experience.
- Marketing Support: Assist with ad-hoc assignments when needed.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Shopee and Lazada.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and SEO for optimizing product listings
- Customer oriented mentality with a focus on resolving customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English).
- Resourcefulness and ability to think out-of-the-box
- Experience with e-commerce platforms.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware or tech products is a plus.
