Job description for E-commerce Account Executive at J&T Cargo Indonesia (PT Global Yimi Cargo)
Job Description:
- Build, maintain, and develop strong long-term relationships with existing merchants.
- Act as the main point of contact between merchants and the company, ensuring concerns and issues are addressed promptly.
- Monitor merchants' shipping performance and drive growth across e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, TikTok, and others.
- Conduct research on merchants experiencing a decrease in shipping volume and coordinate with internal teams to meet merchants' requirements.
- Prepare reports and conduct analysis on merchants' shipping results, conversion rates, and competitor performance.
- Stay up-to-date with e-commerce shipping trends and identify market opportunities to acquire new merchants.
- Act as an active source of information for merchants regarding new products, promotions, or policies.
- Drive revenue by actively finding new merchants to activate our company's shipping services.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, Sales Executive, or similar role (fresh graduates may be considered).
- Ability to manage multiple merchants and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Target-driven with a strong passion for sales and merchant acquisition.
- Well-groomed, confident, and professional.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of sales data, reporting, and market trends.
- Experience in the e-commerce or logistics industry is a plus.
