Responsibility :
- Safely transport company personnel, clients, and guests to designated destinations in a timely and professional manner.
- Operate company vehicles in compliance with traffic regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Ensure vehicle cleanliness, appearance, and readiness at all times to reflect the company’s professional image.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or repair requirements promptly.
- Monitor fuel usage, vehicle condition, and maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance.
- Plan efficient travel routes and manage schedules to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
- Assist with the delivery and collection of documents, packages, products, and other company-related items.
- Support operational activities, events, exhibitions, and business functions as assigned.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of company information, assets, and passengers during transportation.
- Provide professional, courteous, and service-oriented support to clients, guests, and employees.
- Comply with company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures at all times.
- Be available for business travel, intercity assignments, overtime, and operational support as required.
- Immediately report accidents, incidents, traffic violations, or vehicle-related issues to management.
- Support general operational duties when transportation services are not required.
Requirement :
- Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Driver, Company Driver, or Operational Driver.
- Willing to work flexible 12-hour shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and extended hours as required by business operations.
- Possess a valid Indonesian Driver’s License (SIM A); SIM C is an advantage.
- Able to drive both manual and automatic vehicles safely and responsibly.
- Familiar with routes and traffic conditions in Surabaya and surrounding areas.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness, safety, and routine inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
- Good understanding of vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
- Honest, disciplined, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Good communication skills, professional appearance, and service-oriented attitude.
- Able to assist with document deliveries, errands, and other operational tasks when required.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and public holidays based on operational needs.
- Willing to travel for business assignments, events, and intercity operational support as required by the company.
- Experience working in luxury retail, hospitality, corporate environments, or serving executives is an advantage.
- Willing to be based in Jakarta.
