Kualifikasi :
- Usia maks. 40 tahun
- Pendidikan min SMA/SMK
- Memiliki pengalaman min. 2 tahun sebagai sales door to door/direct selling
- Diutamakan yang berpengalaman di industri Telekomunikasi (ISP, Pay TV, GSM Card)
- Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi dan leadership
- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Leader/Supervisor
- Diutamakan yang berdomisili di Jember
