Job description for DIGITAL MEDIA MANAGER at MEKONG COMMUNICATIONS
1. Duties and Responsibilities:
a. Media Planning & Buying (60%)
- Perform the active pitching role for digital media projects/campaigns.
- Develop effective digital media proposals and plans. It must be a well-prepared from professional to such strategic approach to meet client’s expectation and solve problems.
- Constantly update knowledge, trend to tailor the strategic approach and innovation to any campaign challenges and achieve/exceed campaign KPIs.
- Effective and persuasive digital media decks presentation to clients to win the account.
- Account management including facing client and developing solutions for account retention and growth.
- Campaign management includes planning, buying, executing and tracking flawlessly and smoothly.
- Apply new techniques to improve campaign performance, including Google and Facebook execution and management.
- Bond, maintain and grow the publishers/ suppliers network.
b. Team Management (40%)
- Assign and manage the team effectively to cope with pricing and KPI challenges.
- Follow and track each team member workload and efficiently solve problems for every case which team member has to face with.
- Encourage and stimulate team member to overcome difficulties, challenge and concerns to reach the team and department objectives, such as focus, full energy to load work and team KPI settings.
