1. Develop and execute data-driven, brand-aligned digital marketing strategies for all online channels;
2. Plan and execute all digital marketing, including marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns;
3. Design, build and maintain our social media operation;
4. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
5. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights;
6. Plans and maintains omnichannel social media calendars
7. Design and implement growth opportunities to build rich user communities (Reddit, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube)
1. Experience in digital/online marketing or related field;
2. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy and tactics across key channels including digital apps, email, .com experiences, paid media and social, and how to apply these tactics to thoughtful journeys against the funnel;
3. Ability to craft strong briefs based on art and science that improves the deployment of outstanding content that will win with our consumer;
4. Strong analytical skills and comfort demonstrating how tech and gaming come together to inform plans and decision making;
5. Strong understanding of digital analytics standard methodologies and proven capability to use data to drive business decisions;
6. Ability to communicate in both Indonesian and English, Mandarin Chinese is a plus;
