Job description for Digital Marketing at Algotech Pte Ltd
Responsibilites:
- Establish and monitor both paid and organic digital marketing strategies.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, and social media.
- Develop policies and procedures related to the digital marketing plan, monitor, and execute digital marketing activities.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Analyse and improve conversion, and traffic across digital marketing.
- Create a digital campaign(s) and managing digital marketing budget to meet the objectives (Ads & SEO).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Mass Communications or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a Digital Marketing role, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experienced in managing both paid and organic digital marketing: SEO/SEM, marketing database, e-mail marketing, social media, paid advertising campaigns.
- Experienced in improving conversion rate, customer growth, social media engagement, and ROI through digital marketing.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
- Experience in video production (conceptualization, filming and post production) is a plus
- Strong analytical skills in Google Ads, Social Media Ads, and social tools.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing
- Able to speak and write in English and Bahasa Indonesia
