Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication, Multimedia, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Social Media, Marketing, Content Management, or Marketing Analysis
- Willing to be placed in West Jakarta
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical thinking with experience in Data Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Experience in Social Media Management, content planning, and content calendar
- Skilled in Video Editing and short-form content production (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
- Good communication in English
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and result-driven
- Familiar with AI tools for content creation & automation
- Able to use AI for content ideation, copywriting, trend analysis, content optimization, and workflow automation
Tools and Platforms:
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, and Canva
- Plus point: Adobe After Effects, Power BI / Tableau, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics
