Job description for Digital Marketing Specialist at PT. AZlogistik Dot Com
Job Descriptions:
- Plan and execute all digital acquisition activities for mobile apps and websites using social media, KOL, SEO/SEM, etc
- Create creative content in all digital channels (image, video, articles, and copywriting) to increase awareness of our company’s brand
- Gain feedback and give responses to followers
- Actively give ideas, plan communication strategies, and follow up activities for marketing campaigns
- Identify trends and insight, and optimize spend and performance based on the insight and evaluation measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against target (ROI and KPI)
- Analyse consumer data, market demands, and logistic industry trends
- Suggest new digital channels that have the potential new user number in an efficient way
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any major, but fresh graduates with experience are welcome to apply
- At least 1 – 2 years of experience in content marketing, advertising, brand management, or related field
- Experience in digital marketing and producing digital content for social media channels (Google Ad, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Communicative, creative, and well-organized
- Savvy with current social media, trends, and social media tools
- Familiar with Marketing Funnel will be preferred
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Great team player with the ability to work with minimum supervision and deadline/target
- Love to do Tiktok, Reels, Instagram, Instastory, Linked In, Youtube, etc
- Have a deep understanding of using Digital Marketing Platforms, such as social media, Search Engines (SEO/SEM), KOL, Digital Ads, etc.
- Ready to be placed in Surabaya (WFO)
