General Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, or Performance Marketing (experience in the education or language center industry is highly preferred).
- Proficient in managing social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook) and running paid advertisements (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
- Strong skills in content creation, including basic copywriting, planning content calendars, and professional communication.
- Familiar with design & video editing tools (such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track, analyze, and report campaign performance (Google Analytics, social media insights).
- Strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken), ability to speak basic Mandarin is a huge plus.
- Detail-oriented, creative, and highly organized with a passion for digital trends.
- Available for immediate start.
