Job description for Digital Marketing Manager at Pt Metropolitan Retailmart
Job Responsibilities:
- Minimum experience in e-commerce digital marketing 5 years preferably in retail industry or marketplace
- Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Working closely with commercial and offline team to create a synergize campaign and maintain good coordination and communication.
- Plan & Executes all digital marketing campaign, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email campaign, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audience and devising digital marketing campaigns that engage, inform and motivate users
- Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
- Coordinate with CT Corp ecosystem to improve digital marketing results and performance to support our business
- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry and give recommendation on innovative growth strategies to the company
- Evaluate important metrics that affect our ecommerce traffic (website, mobile apps), service quotas, and target audience.
- Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs). Familiar with CPA, CPC, Engagement Rate and Google Analytics
- Full knowledge and have experience with Google stacks, Facebook Stacks
- Oversee and manage all digital projects.
- Proven effective leadership
