Job description for Digital Marketing Manager at Vybes
Position : Digital Marketing Manager
Department : Marketing
Reporting Line : CEO
What You Will Do:
- Analyze new and existing marketing initiatives to determine upper-to-lower funnel effects and adjust marketing techniques as needed, as outlined in the AARRR funnel (Acquisition-Activation-Retention-Revenue-Referral).
- Design and create all marketing strategies, projects, and programs, all of which use creative and inventive marketing techniques to increase demand for our products.
- Write detailed strategies for new product launches and oversee their implementation.
- Lead Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) projects to ensure that marketing plans are implemented on time and that the team's work is thoroughly evaluated.
- Maintain solid market intelligence by staying current with consumer and societal trends, examining our competitors' methods, and offering recommendations for changes to our own.
- Oversee the creation of all go-to-market materials, including presentations, blog entries, ads, social media posts, and press releases.
What You Will Need:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing especially to develop consumer-facing products from the scratch
- Having experience in a startup is a plus, and keen to build a product from scratch
- Ideally has strong digital marketing skills including SEO, SEM and content marketing experience and formulate a winning growth strategy
- Experience crafting social media campaigns and having a passion for the creator economy
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking with an initiative to keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Have excellent communication abilities both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
