Job description for Digital Marketing Manager at Mapan - PT Ruma (Rekan Usaha Mikro Anda)
- Lead the planning and implementation of an integrated market focused digital marketing strategy
- Have full awareness of content and SEO marketing, and associated measurement tools
- Responsible for the monitoring & analysis of paid ads performance
- Improve Mapan market awareness and user acquisition through performance and digital growth acquisition strategies
- Drive personalized omni channel programs (email/push/in-app) delivering segmented notifications that are proven by both quantitative and qualitative measurements
- Grow users from the ecosystem through user segmentation, product cross-selling / up-selling, and product offerings integration.
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media or equivalent course of study
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the digital marketing function with relevant degree
- Demonstrable experience in Campaign Management, KPI measurement and delivery
- An experienced leader and coach with proven experience of creating high performing teams
- Strong ability to think outside the box to develop practical solutions
- Knowledge of ad buying across Facebook, AdWords and other platforms
- Strong collaboration and communication skills; written, verbal, presentation
- Knowledge in Google Ads & Google Analytics certified is a bonus
