eduCLaaS is looking for a driven Digital Marketing Executive who has CRM experience. He/ she will work with regional marketing teams, supporting teams, and vendors to launch omni-channel marketing campaigns with a focus on lead generation, social media and digital presence through lifecycle marketing efforts 30% of the time. 70% of the time, you will play a key role in managing all CRM projects, partnering with a developer to resolve bugs, and train new joiners on the usage of our CRM tools. You should have a hunger to always learn and grow as an individual. Additionally, you should have a strong interest in becoming that all-rounder digital marketer that has cutting-edge knowledge of marketing tools, strategies, and hands-on experience so as to deliver a holistic integrated digital marketing campaign.
Responsibilities include:
· Support our Digital Marketing Managers and regional marketing teammates in achieving quarterly plans through day-to-day milestones.
· Primarily drive, partner with relevant stakeholders, and manage our CRM tool, training, queries and improvement projects; ensuring smooth execution of Omni-channel marketing campaigns. To spice things up, he/ she will work on marketing campaign implementations, execution, optimization, and reporting across channels such as email, web, social media, google ads, etc. as well.
· Campaigns will be measured based on aligned conversion metrics, ROI and other KPIs to achieve lead generation goals, and as a team we will work towards optimizing of user funnel.
· You will also be measured on the timeliness of launching tasked marketing activities, thus project and stakeholder management skillsets are key.
· With strong analytical abilities, you are required to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points, in partnership with our Measurement Lead.

· Have decent knowledge of analytics/ metrics, CRM tools, and lead generation.
· Have previous experience with marketing to a B2B/B2C audience.
· Have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field.
· Have 1-3 years of digital marketing/communications experience.
