Digital Marketing Assistant Manager / Senior Specialist
· Develop marketing plans and strategies to increase brand awareness and positioning.
· Design and optimise always-on and promotional online campaigns across existing online channel.
· Plan and execute digital marketing programs to drive sales to company’s ecommerce site.
· Ensure effectiveness of campaigns through well thought out campaign strategies and target audience planning.
· Test campaigns success, identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance.
· Drive market-leading ROI and develop the optimum media mix to achieve KPIs through data-driven recommendations.
· Determine email marketing KPIs and increase email subscriptions.
· Manage product photography and partake CRM database systems.
· Produce consistent brand message across all the social media channels.
· Respond to any mentions over social media platforms and engage with the social media users.
· Handle the general day to day administrative tasks.
· Analyse social media campaigns with tracking systems to determine areas for improvement.
· Manage social media platforms & analysis of performance.
· Manage customer service via social media channels.
· Monitor and create analysis report regularly.
· Work with various departments to send out timely and effective Digital Ads in line with brand direction.
· Create content and creative brief to promote marketing campaigns on a weekly basis.
· Understand conversion funnels, track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns for continuous improvement.
· Work with agency to enhance the performance of the ads.
· Brainstorm, plan and execute marketing campaigns/promotions to bring lead gen, increase traffic and sales.
· Manage the leads to book appointments at FingerBooth.
· Brainstorm, plan and execute marketing campaigns/promotions with agency on Paid Ads top bring sales and traffic to the website.
· Manage campaigns smoothly and effectively.
· Create a seamless omni-channel experience for customers through communications.
· Prepare content and creative briefs for eDMs (new leads).
· Understand conversion funnels, track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns for continuous improvement.
· Brainstorm, plan and execute marketing campaigns/promotions to improve UX, increase traffic and sales.
· Increase the number of the new leads database to the website.
· Manage day to day functionality of the website.
Requirements:
· Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods sector
· With great passion in beauty, hair, health and wellness related.
Working Location: Pasir Panjang
Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
Hybrid Work From Home & Office
Salary Commensurate with Experience.
