About the role
If what we do inspires you, join us as a Digital Marketer, where you will be the driving force behind Rida’s digital presence—from campaigns to metrics.
How you will drive impact at RIDA
- Plan, design and lead campaigns across all marketing channels.
- Execute and optimize creative media on paid ads platform within a budget allocation to maximise results.
- Set up conversion, pixel, and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms.
- Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions.
- Monitor and consistently improve performance key metrics and ROI to ensure campaign performance.
- Develop and execute SEO/SEM strategies to increase online presence and brand awareness.
- Craft ad copy & landing pages that get people fired up to take action and sign up.
- Research and understand target audiences’ needs, pain points and goals.
- Generate monthly reports showing the performance of digital campaigns.
- Driving growth, marketing, and customer acquisition metrics.
Reach out if this sounds like you
- At least 6 years of digital marketing experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Agility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
- Experience in Google AdWords, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Experience with email marketing and drip campaigns using MailChimp or any other comparable software
- You are scrappy and find a way to get what needs to be done.
- You thrive in experimentation and aren’t afraid to voice your opinion as well as back it up with data.
- Yo are a natural multi-tasker with excellent follow-through, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency.
- Above all, you possess a data-driven approach to all things digital marketing.
