Job description for Desk Collection Supervisor at Kredit Cermat Technology
Placement : BSD Tangerang
- Planning and develop strategic collection plan for several vendors
- Control, Monitor, Prepare and delegate daily, weekly and monthly report to Team Leader
- Build a relationship with other collection third party vendor
- Preparing the training, supervision, motivation for Team Leader
- Analyze the data and check the performance of all Team Leader
- Ensure that collection administration (such as colaboration with finance to issue the invoice, collection payment recapitulation)
- Analyze the KPI and make sure Team Leader achieve the monthly performance
