Job description for Data Analyst Lead - Full WFH at Niagahoster
We're looking for a Data Analyst Lead who's responsible for managing data systems ensuring information accuracy to support business operations. Lead data analysts work with systems engineers to maintain all database’s safety and security to prevent unauthorized access and potential leak of confidential data, conduct data and statistical analysis to design efficient business strategy. Your Success Day:
- Operate and analyze various data building blocks (billing, product, CS, etc.) in order to extract more value - unified data ecosystem;
- Support all functional stakeholders in the timely and consistent manner (common definitions, data quality);
- Proactively share insights with various functions which would lead to increased revenue, customer satisfaction, and growth opportunities;
- Advocate data-driven culture all over the company by ensuring data quality and integrity;
- Provide mentorship for colleagues on the team to help them grow in their technical responsibilities and remove blockers to their autonomy;
- Conceive, plan and prioritize data projects and build analytic solutions.
What We Expect:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Bussiness Intelligence, Computer Science, IT or related fields
- Proven experience as data analyst or similar role
- Solid understanding of data management
- Excellent statistical analysis skill
- Good knowledge of Python, R, SQL, Big Query
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
