Job Descriptions
- Organizing and managing schedules and calendars for student, teacher and management
- Receiving and processing communication channels, including email, phone, Whatsapp and physical mail
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
- Identifying customer needs and helping customers
