Job description for Customer Success Specialist at Aksoro

Job Description

  1. Menangani dan menindaklanjuti leads yang masuk melalui WhatsApp, telepon, email, media sosial, maupun kanal lainnya.
  2. Menggali kebutuhan calon klien serta memberikan konsultasi dan rekomendasi solusi yang sesuai.
  3. Menjelaskan produk, program, dan layanan perusahaan secara profesional melalui chat, telepon, maupun meeting online/offline.
  4. Melakukan presentasi produk, negosiasi, follow-up, serta mendorong proses penjualan hingga mencapai closing.
  5. Membangun dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan calon klien maupun pelanggan untuk meningkatkan peluang penjualan.
  6. Mengelola data prospek, aktivitas penjualan, dan pipeline pada sistem CRM secara akurat dan teratur.
  7. Mencapai target penjualan yang ditetapkan serta menyusun laporan aktivitas dan pencapaian penjualan secara berkala.

Requirements

  1. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1-2 tahun di bidang Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, atau posisi serupa.
  2. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, presentasi, dan negosiasi yang baik.
  3. Percaya diri dalam melakukan meeting dengan calon klien serta mampu menjelaskan solusi secara persuasif.
  4. Berorientasi pada target dan memiliki kemampuan follow-up yang konsisten hingga proses closing.
  5. Mampu membangun hubungan baik dengan pelanggan serta memahami kebutuhan bisnis mereka.
  6. Terbiasa menggunakan CRM, Google Workspace, dan tools pendukung penjualan lainnya.
  7. Bersedia bekerja secara on-site di Yogyakarta.
