- Actively lead efforts to exceed goals in assigned markets.
- Work closely with hotels product team to analyse the effectiveness of products
- Lead a team to deploy products and maintain relationships with clients
- Work with senior leadership and key stakeholders to help create long term product strategies
- Define processes that help the organization run the customer success team efficiently
- Experience: You ideally have previous experience in customer service and customer success related fields
- Customer-centric & Service-Oriented: You show empathy to adapt your speech according to your interlocutors and focus on contributing to the customer goals.
- Communication skills: You show a great motivation to help your peers and are not afraid of raising your hand if needed
- Languages: You speak and write fluently in English
- Goal-oriented: You are not afraid to achieve your daily targets
- Good logical: You have a good ability to focus, and having relational thinking about finding the most logical conclusion and solutions. Good technology knowledge to adapt to a fast- changing technology world.
