- Reply costumer chats on marketplace's, following up on customer interactions.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues.
- Suggest other products or alternative products if the requested product is sold out.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
- Maintain customer databases.
- Broadcast Promotion to customers through chat.
- Collect customer responses from chat surveys.
- Prepare Customer activity monthly reports.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Provide help for the Sellers when required / requested
