Job description for CUSTOMER SERVICE at GenKin
- Support answering client queries about product specifications and uses through Facebook and Zalo Maintaining client relations from Japan and Vietnam.
- Resolving phone, walk-in, mail, and email customer inquiries.
- Identifying customer needs, handling their claims about the loss or damage during the transportation.
- Forwarding and escalating inquiries to relevant individuals and departments in order to solve customer's concern.
- Ensure that all data are inputted in ERP and up to date for customers and GM (General Manager) to track.
- Unearth new sales opportunities through maintaining good relationships and turn them into long-term partnerships.
- Be proactive in collecting customer's feedbacks to improve Genkin’s CRM platform as well as optimizing the service.
- Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs.
- Understand Genkin's philosophy and be able to demonstrate it in your daily works.
- Maintain and reflect Genkin’s values, mission and vision daily

- You must be above 24 years of age.
