Job description for CUSTOMER SERVICE (TEMPORARY 4 months) at PT Kami Gawi Berjaya
- Handle and resolve customer complain by phone, email and social media
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Handle and place order from social media (LINE@, Tokopedia, Shopee, Whatsapp, Prism, Facebook, Instagram)
- Keep records of customer interactions and file documents
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
- Making monthly reports on a regular basis, compile reports on overall customer satisfaction
- Preferably Female, 20 - 26 years old
- At least 1 year experience in Customer Service (Online & Offline)
- Education min. Diploma
- Have a pleasant personality, patient, proactive, helpful, fun, able to work in team and loves challenges
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Proficient in spoken & written in Bahasa & English
- Social media savvy (Instagram, Line, Whatsapp, Shopee, Tokopedia, Prism, Facebook)
- Computer Literature (Ms. Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet)
