Singapore Emergency Responder Academy (SERA) is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the team. This is a remote position, until SERA opens its office in KL and then it'll be a hybrid position.
Job Description
- Answer all queries via telephone, email or online messaging platforms promptly, accurately and professionally
- Assist to recommend clients (individuals and corporates) to enrol for the right courses
- Process registrations for participants, including gathering of registration information, application for funding and sending of confirmation emails
- Maintain high standard of service for clients
- Perform administrative duties required to support the end to end registration process
- Other adhoc duties as assigned by the manager
Job Requirements
- Able to speak English and Mandarin fluently
- Technologically-savvy with strong problem-solving skills
- Accountable and able to work well in a team
