Responsibilities
- Basic customer service - Emails or Phone Calls (Singapore/Malaysia)
- Handle & resolve customer inquiries promptly
- Monitor all delivery jobs & ensure no issues
- To resolve & escalate if required
- Ad Hoc Administrative work & reporting
- Might be required to work on shifts
Requirements
- Candidates must be a Malaysian citizen minimum SPM with Credit in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Fluent in both spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English.(Able to start immediately is an added advantage)
- Some working experience preferred
- Hardworking & Independent
- Possess good verbal & written communication skills
- Proactive, approachable and solution focused
